LONDON TAXI TO BLETCHLEY PARK TOURS
Once Britain’s Best-Kept Secret, today Bletchley Park Tours provides a unique heritage site and vibrant tourist attraction.
Bletchley Park Tours boasts a Visitor Centre, restored buildings and exhibits to preserve and commemorate the tireless work of the Codebreakers. Highly atmospheric soundscapes play snatches of conversation, music, laughter and even a hint of romance, as well as the noises of bicycle bells and steam trains to conjure up how it would have sounded to work alongside a cast of thousands at wartime Bletchley Park.
New for 2016: We tell the incredible story of The Petard Pinch, the capture of crucial Enigma codebooks from a German U-boat. Discover the life and work of Codebreaker Gordon Welchman in the exhibition, Gordon Welchman: Architect of Ultra Intelligence. Having already enjoyed the overview exhibition visitors of Bletchley Park Tours can experience a nostalgic sense of place and history in the country estate setting the Codebreakers cherished.
